I attended a workshop this week given by Alvaro Fernandez, of Sharpbrains (sharpbrains.com).
He recommends the following "Tips for Memory:
- Practice the art of focusing
- Mentally repeat the information
- Think about the information you want to memorize
- Sum up the information
- Organize the information you want to learn
- Visualize unexpected links/associations"
Stress is a big worry for all the people. People suffer a lot from this fact.so all people should try to overcome this by living a healthy life style.
